Refund policy

At Meer Mall, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may apply for a Return or Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective on delivery
  • Product is incomplete (missing parts/accessories)
  • Wrong item delivered (wrong size, color, or incorrect product)

Note: Change of mind is not applicable for return or refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, manuals, warranty cards, invoice, freebies, and accessories must be included
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging/box without damage
  • Please do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging

Important: Please mention your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to avoid delays.

Meer Mall reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For exchange approval:

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in proper packaging
  • Must be in saleable condition

For defective or damaged items, replacement will be provided at no extra cost.

Return & Exchange Procedure

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Take a picture of the defective/damaged part of the product
  2. Repack the item in its original packaging
  3. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details and product issue
  4. Send the package through your local courier to our return address

Note: For defective or broken items, replacement will be offered. Cash refunds for such cases may not be applicable.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Bank transfers may take an additional 2–4 business days to reflect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of customer-requested refunds.
